Todd Gaines is the owner and President of Gaines Oil Company. Todd graduated from Chatham Central High School and went on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with honors at North Carolina State University. 

With 3 decades in the petroleum industry. Todd brings a wealth of knowledge to Team GOC in leading the company’s management and industry specialists.  His knowledge helps customers stay up to date in the ever-changing petroleum industry and helps them plan for their short term and long term needs.
